To all you sushi lovers how dye make it then? What do I need to buy and what kinda fish do you use?
I was thinking about buying a lovely fresh tuna steak and slicing that. But don't you need to buy special rice for it to stick together?
My guess is : -
Wasabi
rice
fish
seaweed roll
soy sauce
ginger pickle
Any advice where to buy them all from under one roof? I live in Glasgow...

I miss eating out too. I miss coming back from work and saying where shall we go then? Chinese, Pizza, Beefeater?
I know we can make the food, but to me I miss the not having to make it, the having it brought to your table while you sit and have a drink, the not having to clear it up and wash it all up after!!!
I also miss the spontanious stuff of going out for the day visiting castles, theme parks etc. All has to be planned months in advance and budgeted now.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hi Little L, if you live south side then try Victoria Road/Alison street/Calder street. There's a few shops round there that would sell what you're looking for (lived in Langside Road for a while). If you're in town try the area around Stow college (if they still call it that or has it changed name again!?), there used to be a lot of small shops round there that sold what you're looking for. Other than if you aren't near either of these places check yellow pages. I have recipes for sushi etc at home if you're interested could send you a copy.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

I totally miss horse-riding, was a bit of an expensive hobby, coming in at £80 a month. Have ridden since I was about 5year old but its just too expensive.
What I dont miss is saying "yes" to a night out and bladdering up to £50 on one night out. People think I'm being stingy, but I'd rahter entertain in my own house and spend a few quid on a bottle of wine and have a game of cards/scrabble....RIP Floyd - 19/04/09. I know i'll see you again my best friend forever.
