Well here I am again... I still cant stand these uneducated pr1cks.

Me : Good Morning, You have sent me yet another letter regarding a debt, I have told you 3 times that I am now Bankrupt. yet this letter now states that I have made an arrangement to pay with you.

Moorcroft : Yes Mr MSH, You must pay this arrangement that you have agreed unil we recieve info from your OR or we will take further action ( Errmm helloo... It cant get any bloody worse !)

Me : No that is not correct, firstly I have not made an arrangement, and secondly I am Bankryupt, It is against the law for me to pay you.

Moorcroft : Well you MUST pay us. You have agreed and you must pay this, can you pay it now.

Me : No, YOu dont understand, Can I take your name, as I think you are not understanding me.

Moorcroft : My name is John, and we cannot give surnames out

Me : OK John, Do you understand what I have just said to you?

Moorcrodft : Yes, You have agreed to pay £30 per month, can you pay this now until your OR gets in touch

Sorry to hear Moorcroft are still hassling you. If you're still in Leeds you can get voodoo dolls from the indoor market you know:rolleyes: .

Can't offer any advice I'm afraid, although I'm sure the OR might have something to say when you tell him!

Honest they do my head in.. Im sure they know its me and there is a note to wind me up. Im going to have fun with them now.. Pretend I dont understand anything they say to me.. They will soon run off !

mike everytime u pick up the phone to them and they say its moorecroft put the phone down on them, and ignore there letters ur bankrupt now so they cant do a thing about it, dont let them get to u mate
