At this point mike just take as much pleasure as you can knowing they are totally wasting their own time and money sending those letters. Save them all up, write Happy Christmas on them, wrap them round a brick and then mail it to them with no postage on (Ideally removing all identifying information on the letter first, they won't know it's you but you will get the satisfaction of knowing what you have done LOL)

I'm still getting calls from DCA's 6 weeks after my bankruptcy date, Mike. :mad: :mad:
I have to be honest and say that I haven't had the 'pleasure?:rolleyes: ' of dealing with Moorcroft, but the rest are just as bad. Even though HSBC actually wrote to me stating that they had received notification of my bankruptcy, MCS who are 'acting' on their behalf are threatening me with Court Action, Bailiffs and even BANKRUPTCY
Similar threats from Mackenzie Hall (BlackHorse).
Mercers have, finally, stopped phoning.
MBNA were the strangest - After I received a letter from them, acknowledging my bankruptcy and stating that they would deal directly with OR I still receive threatening letters - have complained twice, to no avail.
I wonder what WOULD happen if you, or I received a County Court Summons from one of these 'people?'.

Not quite....

As a bankrupt you are obliged to deal with the debts still and inform the OR of any instances of communication.

Change the number, not for the 3rd time !

Id love it... Id really love to go to court and stand there.. They would be ripped to bits by any judge.
