    Fellow BSCS member here...hi!

    I just wanted to say thanks for making my day...I've been at the receiving end of countless calls/texts/letters/etc from many varieties of DCA employees, but, however evil and badly trained they were, and believe me I am so sorry that they have treated you all as badly as they have me, but...
    ...reading this thread through today has made up for all of them...PMSL...you have made me cry with laughter for the first time in such a long time!!! :)

    PPS - Anyone else get the wonderful colourful postcards from MBNA?? Or am I in a special club for their special 'friends'? ;)

    No it was a woman called Sue (I think) I dealt with, I think a person with hearing difficulties might have been better!!!!

    I believe they've all been brainwashed into just saying a few sentences and become selectively deaf when the client tries to explain!! They're evil and I believe them to look like cybermen out of Dr Who!!!:p

    See... His doctor gave him a leaflet on it... I wouldnt know... Never come accross it.

    Ive had a BRIGHT red one this morning... I called them and actually were quite nice. Its that bright red, I have a sun tan from it !
