Yes, there's a lot of concern going around about this- it seems it's a underhand way to get rid of discounts- annoy enough people who were not going to leave feedback, they leave bad feedback, the seller gets demoted, ebay don't have to pay as much discounts.I had an email from EBAY asking me to leave feedback for certain transactions , i have reasons i didnt leave the feedback , and ebay TELLING me to makes me want to leave what i was going to leave in the first place , ie negative/neutral
And yes I know I sound like a crazy person.
(But it is a convenient side affect even if it isn't intentional)This is my opinion.
