I have my cherry muller in the freezer, put it in about an hour ago, just gave it a wee stir and it is coming along nicely

Think i'm at about 10 syns for the day so far, had 3 squares of my G&B's mint chocolate, and must be about 5 syns for all my olive oil!

Ok, not as syn-free as I remembered, but pretty yummy.
    Jamie's Favourite Curry Sauce
5 syns per serving on green.
There are lots of spices involved in this that may put you off, but it is lovely. I have built up my spice collection over a few years, so it doesn't seem so bad.
I would advise you to prep it in bowls (spices together, veg together) before you start cooking: makes it a lot easier.
    Serves 4
1 tablespoon olive oil (can use as a HEX B but hardly worth it as it is only ¼ tablespoon per person or syns 1.5 per serving)
    heat oil in large pan
    add:
    2 teaspoons black mustard seeds
    1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
    1 handful of curry leaves
    1 teaspoon chilli powder
    1 teaspoon turmeric

    Whizz in the food processor:
    2 thumb-sized pieces of ginger
    3 onions
3 fresh green chillis (or dried chillis)
    and prepare:
800 g of vegetables of your choice.
Add to the pan when the mustard seeds begin to pop.
    Whizz in the food processor:
    1 tin tomatoes
    Add to the pan with:
1 x 400 ml tin Blue Dragaon coconut milk light (17 1/2 syns divided by 4 =4.375 per serving)
Simmer for 10/15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
    Add fresh coriander to serve.
    Syns per serving: 5

    Evening

Sorry I haven't read back...I have had an appalling day, and it's only day 2!!!!

I started well with weetabix and banana for brekkie and soup and a snack a jack for lunch. THEN it all went wrong, we have been taking the older two swimming each week while my mum has the lo's, but dh didn't feel in the mood for swimming today, SO instead of a nice healty workout, I ended up sat on my backside scoffing chocolate at the cinema.......Toy Story 3 (in 3d) was good though;)

Consequently I now have a bad tum, so don't feel like dinner:( I think if i get hungry later I will just have a bowl of soup.

I am shattered today as I had a bad night with the baby and the tot(who is teething) they decided to take it in turns to wake me up ALL night:( As soon as the big ones are in bed I am getting a shower, watching true blood and then going to bed:)
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

GOD I'M STARVING!!!!!! lol!!! Not having tea till about 9.30 when OH gets back from work!!! I had some lentil and veg soup when I got home and just had some hula hoops (6.5 syns) but I want my tea lol!!! Actually, I'm not looking forward to it, I'm not in the mood for curry! On another note, I've cleaned (most of) the house from top to bottom tonight...I ignored the spare room and the dining room as they rarely get used.

    Thanks lbnblbnb!

I decided to use all my syns on my teas and it was yummy :D. going to have a bowl of strawberries for desert.

Even though I only lost 0.5lbs this week I can definately tell I'm losing weight as I spent all day pulling up my jeans! :rotfl: :D
