Morrison's ones aren't listed which is annoying as i eat them regularly! I find i have the roast chickens (skin removed) thighs (skin and fat removed) wings (skin removed) and the tikka kebabs which are literally just chicken breast chunks on a stick with onion and green pepper. It was mentioned on a previous SW thread and Consultant31 warned us to be careful as they are sometimes be pumped with oil. I checked with the lady who works on the hot chicken counter in Morrisons whether they add anything and they assured me they didn't :)

As i said tho, i've eaten them and lost just over 4 stone so they can't be that bad - just use common sense!

    Thanks Pixie.....
thats Soooooo annoying tho when things arent listed - I cant find sainsburys ones either, and I dont often get to Morrisonsrant2.gif

My OH is not a fan of chicken and I very nearly got myself a whole cooked one today on the way back from hosp for lunch/tea....FROM ASDA yikes :eek::eek:

Had a rotton day & to top ity off The faries have just been :(

Eaten 7 crispy bites ( cornflakes covered in choc) that I got for teh kids from aldi today. 2 syns per bite but Ive also had a nibble at a sausage roll & a few other bits. Good job Ive been way under syns this week.

Just hope I can stop them attacking later, as Ive been so good for well over a week now.

Not sure the EE plan is working for me as I dont seem to be loosing any weight. Been on it for about a week, I lost all my weight on red & green.

Fairies have been here as well im afraid, as Ive had a bowl of cereal. Again lack of food in the house. I am broke as well so no chance of buying much more for at least a few days :(

This is not looking good for me and Im feeling all over the place especially as im poor and have no food in :(

i think i have fallen off and the lack of funds is not helping at all. :(

I'm a red and green girl and EE took a lot of persevering... At first i didn't lose much compared to red/green but now (after 6 months!) i finally have my head round it and can enjoy my EE days along with my red and green! :)

It is hard not having 2 hea+ 2 hebs!!

    YUMMMMM :T

Thanks Trixie thats fab ! I just use a goulash recipe from a slimming world book......and it goes down a storm with my OH, so to have an authentic goulash soup recipe is a real treat :D

Is there much difference between this recipe and a normal goulash?

I am happy to help :)

There is little difference just the amount of water you use so it is thicker for the stew and there are no tata carrot or parsnips just beef. Sometimes I put in flour and water mix to thicken. A lot of recipes call for tomatoes but Hungarians shake their head at that LOL. As it was a peasents dish ingredients vary from region to region, some put green peppers in. Pork is used a lot instead of beef too.

Chicken Paprikash is also to die for but unfortunately it uses sour cream so is off the menu for now, unless a low fat alternative to the cream would work mmmm might have to see what's about and experiment.

    xx

    So glad someone identifies

Its a nightmare actually, Im spending more than I ever have in my life on food.

I dont really need to lose any more but I need to maintain.

Right now the cupboards are bare and I spent almost 40 quid this weekend and its almost gone.

I have again ran out of yoghurt, cottage cheese, fruit, etc etc.

I have bananas but I cant eat more than one a day or Ill gain? These are the cheapest really?

Tonight its chicken legs and salad but tomorrow, well theres a bean burger :o pasta but nothing to go with it, rice but nothing to go with it.

Stop moaning lynz! It is not looking good though :o I might be but the bank balance is not!
