I m glad i posted on here as obvioulsy the thread is full of experts who can correctly value a property without seeing it.
ive negotiated several properties and always to my way of thinking, maybe thats why i do not have a mortgage and some of my critics here obvioulsy do
regardless of my position and reluctance, or the fact we had two deaths in our family since our sale a fact that i didnt want to mention , my point is the estate agent should not have bid on my behalf,
If you condone that type of tactic then expected to be treated the same way
care about our buyers ? i only care about my own family, their wealth and health ... nothing else matters to me
dont bother replying , i will not,
:rotfl: Look what you lot have done!
In all honesty several things mentioned in this thread are the exact cause and problems with the uk housing market.
You get an offer, you accept, you jog on! Simple.0 -

The Estate Agents involved and your potential buyer have my upmost sympathy you must be their worst nightmare.......Buying and selling houses isnt a poker game its REAL LIFE.......Get a grip you deserve to loose your buyer and the house you are playing at buying...There are some very immature people around...look in the mirror0

I disagree with some of the people on here. I had a vendor who had a lovely home, we sold for full asking in less than 24 hours. Buyer knew upfront that there were very few properties coming to market in vendors price bracket. They farted around with negotiating a probate sale, didn't get the place and lost the buyer after 3 months.
So long as everyone is upfront and honest at the start, nobody can complain too much. It's when people trick others and are dishonest that the real problems begin.I'm an estate agent. :j0 -

The ops estate agents should be reported for placing an offer on a property without permission .These agents are the real scum. They have destroyed the market and helped the climate collapse
op you should learn a lesson from these threads and simply not post. When you do you get to realise what a sad !!!!!! bunch of individuals frequent these boards.
Goodness knows what they would be like if you had committed a crime against a child for example.[/QUOT
