    Hello!!

It feels like such a long time...but barcelona was lovely. Although not as good as paris by a long way. I am totally gaudi'd out..and totally in love with his work too. Food was rubbish (im fussy though) the men werent very good looking but matt and i had a lovely time for the main part!

Now its back on with the fitness and trying to eat better in order to lose maybe a small amount of weight. I think i should have a seperate column, "lose 5lbs in a year challenge" :p

Hope everyone is alright, i had a quick flick through the mountain of pages. Chin up eric, hope your son comes home scary xx

Sorry about your manager Victory I think he sounds like he needs to get some balls and stand up to this supervisor but that is just my 2p worth  But I think a nice case of C.D. is in order!

Please count me in for the 5lb challenge.

Weekend going reasonably well food wise, and I too have to resist weighing myself each time i enter the bathroom. It's true about the modd thing, if i weigh myself early and i don't see what I hope to see, it can make me go off the rails that days because I think 'screw it'. I try to keep myself off the scales...funny how when not watching my weight, the last thing on gods earth I want to do is get on the scales...How things can change in such a short time!

It's a battle today to keep out of the fridge, we went to the show with the horse, went in the ring to be judged and when we were lined up we were in with a shot. Trouble was as we stood in line the wind blew and my little elderly horse got colder and stiffer and when the judge wanted to see us shine in our individual show he walked out and was lame (limping) not happy to say the least. Nothing we could have done about it either. Poor old fella.

Oh well I am avoiding the fridge by being bored to death with golf on the tv, is there anything else on?

Eric so glad to see you are able to get out and about a bit more, you sound much more cheerful.

Sary I hope your son see's sense soon, at least you know where he is this time.

I am actually looking forward to weigh in this week, I feel thinner, wether that makes me weigh less I don't know but I am resisting the other urge to stand on the scales and get depressed about it. Trouble is DD keeps wanting to weigh herself, which is good means we get to keep an eye on her weight, and she sees it as being how big her feet are not how heavy she is.

Am I right in thinking it's supposed to be a heat wave this week? I shall look forward to it. Sick of the rain already, I like it warm. Think I am in the wrong country!!
