This week saw the end of the North v South battle - the winner of the inaugral 4 week battle is Southern Stunner. Of course, there was never any real doubt.

This weeks quote comes from Napoleon:

"Victory belongs to the most persevering."

Thanks as always for the chart Fred, and the inspirational quote. Of course, what it should say is Victory is the most persevering! 5lb off --- what a star!

  • Thank you Bettyb, I do find it soothing and it's the best exercise i've tried. I take it at my own pace which is slow at the moment but as my strength improves i'll build it up. Meal replacement bars next and then i'm hoping to start seeing some results that i can post online.

Beanie: Lost phrophets - last train home. Wasnt "our" song, didnt really have one of those but it was the song that transformed us from enemies to friends to partners.

Went swimming today, i say swimming it wasnt really, but keeping yourself afloat is a work out intself. Core muscles surely!!

You already are - just let me know if you're North or South and I'll put you on the right team.

I will calculate the starting weights from the last time for the people who rejoin from round 1 - but if you're new I will need your starting weight at next Wednesday.
