That's great news neilersmc. After exercise ache is a good ache, I'll agree.
The sun is shining today, so I'm determined to get out into the garden, do some work out there and work up a sweat. Last day of term for my 2 youngest, and the 2 oldest are sat watching Friends on DVD in the other room, having both finished their term at college yesterday.
I'm off up to Liverpool to visit my best friend early next week. Looking forward to seeing her and my goddaughter for the 1st time since April. I'll endeavour to keep food on track before and while we're there. I won't be back until later on Weds., so will hope to post before the chart is done.
Fred, I'm up for round 2.
Hope you're doing OK Victory. I wasn't around when you posted about your issues at work/home. I hope you're doing OK, and you know where I am if you need to chat. Thinking of you, and take care. xx
I'm reading everyone's supportive and encouraging messages about how they're staying on track, and daily struggles. I do find they give me the incentive to keep trying, even when I feel so close to giving up and saying 'oh to hell with it all!', when it comes to battling the bulge. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
