I am having a tough time diet wise. My OH is Jewish and have been celebrating the new year. I have been cooking all his traditional recipes and trying to resist them, but not doing a very good job . Must try and sort my head out and restart again as I don't want to get back into my old habits, although a finding it difficult
.
I lost 1 1/2 pounds this week:j Target weight loss 2010 30lbs - Weight loss so far 17lbs :j0 -
I am happily reporting a 3lb loss Thanks Fred :T
I tried to do my old davina power of 5 dvd yesterday morning but it must have got scratched as all it would do is jumpSo I found another davina DVD that I hadn't tried before (Was a birthday present last year but due to a shoulder injury I couldn't do most of it). So today I am hurting in my abdominal area so it must have done some good :j Will have to repeat this a few times and see if it makes a difference. Also tonight on my super scales my Visceral fat dropped by another 1 so I am super happy as it is in the normal range now. This means my risk of heart probs etc..... has reduced dramatically

I have been watching this I just love to watch cooking shows it is like my guilty pleasureMust try and sort my head out and restart again as I don't want to get back into my old habits, although a finding it difficult
Just restart tomorrow as a new day or a new year :rotfl: (Soz for the bad joke) but seriously if you have a bad day just try to get back to normal the next. The quicker you get back on the wagon the less damage is done. Just keep plodding and the weight will come offRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
