I've lost 3 stone and five and a half pounds in twelve weeks on the Cambridge plan. I thought it costly at first, but I don't buy extras and the OH isn't eating as much either. We only buy one large loaf a week and have cancelled the milk man and buy two pints a week only. We're quids in and I'm 3 sizes smaller. Hope you don't mind me posting here.0

Hello!
Just thought I'd pop in to say hi and hope everyone's well
We're all moved and unpacked now, and hopefully I can stick to SW now that MrT has brought me all my lovely low fat food!
Ah I missed the chart this week - bummer. Couldn't get online yesterday!
Today the net is playing up a bit, I've got a temporary solution at the mo (wireless thingy) that's not much cop so I'm afraid won't be posting much till my new homehub turns up and (hopefully!) works!!
Fred - please can you zero me and keep me hidden on the chart for now? I'll be back as soon as possible!
Well done all the losers (es.p Puds for sotw and alliwant for beating the Sept challenge already!)

Some awesome losses this week - well done all :j
Day 4 of my detox and I've lost 4lbs. Yesterday I had a ghastly headache and had to go to bed for a couple of hours in the afternoon then felt "woolly" for the rest of the evening. That means that its working and my body is being purged of all the crap that I've been putting in it lately, though I'm still having cravings. Yesterday I caught sight of a jar of peanut butter out of the corner of my eye and my stomach physically lurched with longingIf I can't knock these cravings on the head by Saturday then I may have to carry on detoxing for a while longer (which will be difficult as we're exhibiting at a dog show on Sunday, early morning & late finish, always a dangerous schedule for me as I get peckish very early on in the day
). I plan to have a cooking day on Saturday making my own wholemeal bread, tomato soup, tomato sauce (for pasta) and hummus to see me through next week, and this afternoon the Ocado man is bringing lots of goodies for making all the family meals from scratch.
