I don't seem to have had a survey from them for a while. Within a two week period, I had earned enough for a £5 paypal payout and another 375 points but since then i've not had a single survey. Very strange. Anywayt, relating to the subject of this discussion, my paypal payment took about a week to come through so not bad.Survey Earnings saved towards Christmas 2011: £35 and counting!0

I too have not had any invites for their surveys for around 4 weeks now, seems strange as used to get 5 or 6 a week.
Never had a problem with clambing rewards though.0 -
I've found that survey invites seem to come in batches - none for a while, then several at once.
For the first time, I've been waiting on an Amazon voucher code. I redeemed my points, got a confirmation email from Perks, then... nothing. In the past, I've received an email with the voucher code within a week every time, but not on this occasion. I've now been waiting over three weeks.
This evening, I finally got round to contacting someone about this. However, I first had a good look round the site first. From "Home", I went as follows:
"My Rewards" > "Redeem" > "My Account"
There was a list of all the voucher orders I had placed using points redeemed, and clicking on each one gave me the relevant voucher code. I thought I'd add this information, just in case anyone hasn't found this link. Looks like my email went astray and they'd issued the voucher on time all along.
However, I can well appreciate the troubles others have had, because I've had my gripes elsewhere. RewardTV haven't proved particularly productive after a good start, and in my opinion OnePoll are just plain rubbish (stupidly high redemption value and surveys for pennies that frequently bounce).
To anyone thinking of getting involved with these survey sites, I would caution you to redeem little and often - as soon as you get enough points for something useful (e.g. 550 points for £5 Amazon voucher on MySurvey) redeem there and then. It's tempting to save up points and splash out all at once, but don't do it. You can always build up your gift certificate balance on Amazon for a short while and then spend.Signature on hold as I've seen no unused witty comments to plaigarise.0 -

Dragging this one back up again...
I signed up with MySurvey and after finding my account inactive after about ten days contacted them twice and eventually received a canned response as per usual which said that my data provided as part of the registration process was not in line with their panel membership T&C's.
I find this a bit strange as I provided accurate data. Has anyone else found this?
I had however successfully redeemed a £5 Amazon voucher, which came within about five days.0 -
