Mysurvey.com not paying out vouchers

  • Same here - A bit annoyed tbh that they're still dawdling on the paypal issue, but as it happens I needed to replace something I lost over Christmas on Amazon anyway so kinda reluctantly, I ordered an Amazon voucher this afternoon.

    First the confirmation & then the voucher arrived in about 5 minutes of placing the order, no problems whatsoever.

    I had presumed, and now I know for sure - that it's an entirely automated process (being as this was Boxing day plus a Sunday on top), so I don't see why it should ever take even as much as a week.

    Since Lspeed and MS have joined together I've redeemed twice against £3 paypal. The first one didn't arrive so i sent a chase email and a few days later it was paid.

    I've now had 3 surveys crash part way through so I've emailed them and will see what happens.

    The one important thing I am doing is cashing in as soon as I can as there is no financial benefit to save more points to get a paypal payout. Better to get £3 more often than lose the amounts people are saying on here.

    I managed to finally get through to someone at Mysurvey and they have reinstated my account... all a bit weird really. Maybe they were hoping I just wouldn't notice and they wouldn't have to pay out...

    I've tried to redeem some of the points. I seem unable to get £3 of paypal credit, only £15 which means I can't redeem all the points yet but I've requested the first £15. How long should it take and how does it work? I've had a confirmation page up saying it's been processed. Will I get an email saying my paypal has been credited?

    Joined mysurvey (among a few other sites) a couple of weeks ago and already got enough points to cash in £3 in Paypal. I redeemed the points a couple of days ago but no sign of it in Paypal yet...I'm a bit concerned having read this thread as I'd heard good things about the site before. When should I try chasing up the money?

    I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem as me - I completed a week-long food diary/mayonnaise consumption diary, and had been told in the invitation email that I would get 720 points for successfully completing it. Well, I successfully completed it, and got 220 points instead. Unfortunately I hadn't kept their original invitation email, which was stupid of me! I've emailed them a couple of times about this, but have had no reply.

  • When they were TNS these used to be great, regular surveys etc.

    Since they swapped they are sh1te TBH. No I very rarely try and completed one ( to have it say we alread have enough or some other lame copout )

    Sorry to see them go 'bad'

    Hi,give the paypal 7 to 10 working days to come through although i redeemed a £5 paypal 2 weeks ago and it took 5 days.

    GUess what, I contacted mysurvey after being with them years and got this reply to has why i was not getting surveys.

    Dear panellist,

    Thank you for your message.

    Our system recognised a problem with your account and for this reason it is no longer active. I am afraid your data is not in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We cannot re-activate your account but you can still redeem your points from the website, although you will not be invited to take part on our surveys.
