  • GUess what, I contacted mysurvey after being with them years and got this reply to has why i was not getting surveys.

    Our system recognised a problem with your account and for this reason it is no longer active. I am afraid your data is not in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We cannot re-activate your account but you can still redeem your points from the website, although you will not be invited to take part on our surveys.


    I'm so glad someone else is having this problem too, I thought it was just me. I stopped receiving surveys from them in February and whenever I contact them they just send me the same message you got. I've been with them for years and never had a problem until now. I tried asking for a phone number to contact them but they just ignore me. Have you had any luck re-activating your account?

    No i have had no luck,I have given up on this site and moved on.

    not had any problems getting vouchers but sometimes I don't get any email invites but login and find lots of surveys waiting links.

    I sent a reply to them they now are saying, I joined Mysurvey NOT Lightspeed.


    According to our database it seems that your account information does not conform to the general conditions of our panel and your account was never transferred from Lightspeed to MySurvey. This is a decision taken by the system automatically. I am sorry to inform you that it is impossible to reactivate your account.

    There is one thing you can do, if you wish to participate with us again, you can join MySurvey by clicking on the following link to register with us again:

  • I have just received this message from Emma Morrison at MySurvey. I had not received surveys for about 3 weeks so asked them if there was problem:

    I am absolutely flabbergasted as I have been a member since 2006 and I cannot think what it is I have done to upset them.

    I logged into my account for the first time in months last week to find I had enough points for a £5 paypal payment, but I noticed it's not gone through, and when I went to log in yesterday (and again today) it's telling me "No account could be found with the e-mail provided". :(

    EDIT: Ignore me; I was trying to login to the US MySurvey. :o

    Really fed up with Mysurvey, never used to have any problems. I referred my Brother beginning of Feb. and they say I won't get my referral points until he is an active member, duh that is why he has earnt over 1500 points so far then!

    Can anybody help with 2 surveys, he completed.
    11/05/11 L25793 music survey, which took him an age to complete, and is showing as 0 points on his account.
    06/06/11 B29619 this survey said it would take 10mins to complete, he spent over 15mins on it, got to 75%, and he got the session lost page. He has contacted them about this, and they have said the survey has now closed and they received their quota on this, and this is why he only got 5pts. (strange, as he can still access this survey). Do they damn well read what you send them, as if a survey has got to 75%, it can't be closed. Really fed up with them all at the moment.

    Any help gratefully received. Diane
  • I was just browsing the forum & saw this thread, so thought I would log-in to MySurvey to check my points.
    It won't recognise me, I tried to ask for a password reminder only to be told my email address isn't in their system! I've kept a couple of emails from them so I can prove they 'know' me. I've just contacted 'Emma Morrison' but I'm not holding my breath for a prompt reply:mad:

    I must be a lucky one too cos I had no problems redeeming my points. I exchanged them for Amazon vouchers and they arrived within 3-4 days. A whole load better than toluna who taking their sweet time!
