I'm beginning to conclude that chuck actually gets some sort of physical satisfaction from the mass debates he has.I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.
That also means I cannot share in any profits from any decisions made!;)0 -

I've said recently there has been caution due to the election and the emergency budget.
There will be a few months up and a few months down.
I've also said I believe 2011 will also be pretty stagnant.
Nothing different to what we've been saying for months.
It seems that some however are clambering all over this as the next wave.
What's your predictions?
So you predict no falls?
I'm not making any predictions, except in a personal sense. As in not rushing to buy. I expect prices to continue falling for a bit. How long the bit is or how far I have no idea. But I certainly can't see anything on the horizon now likely to prevent that happening.
chucky, what are your predictions now please?0 -

I don't think anyone is. I think it's been engineered to look that way by all the attacking (yourself not included).
I can see a lot of people now looking forward to all the cuts, and simply asking what there is to buck this trend we are STARTING to see, of falls.
We appear to be stuck a little here. Where there IS actual relevant discussion, everything is answered with "stagnation". But that never answers the question, thats an opinion, not an answer....
Must admit though, the thread is hard to follow, as it's mostly just insults and argument creation. So it's far easier to confuse it with "people viewing it as the next wave prematurely".0 -

Is the charity event over, then?
Curiously, all the posts fantasising about me PM'ing people all derive from you and Harry. My two pet stalkers.
You seem to fantasise about my husband an awful lot, chucky.
Is there something you're not telling us all?0
