  • lets wait and see, we had the election in may and the emergency budget in june, i dont think we will see a rise until later in the year, people have just been waiting, having said that a few houses have gone sstc by us in the last few weeks, and my mates has just accepted a offer on his house last week and its been up for sale for over a year.

    these two things alone would slow down the market and we have also just had the world cup, which also slows down the housing market.

    YoY the house prices are still 4.9% higher than they were this time last year.
