lets wait and see, we had the election in may and the emergency budget in june, i dont think we will see a rise until later in the year, people have just been waiting, having said that a few houses have gone sstc by us in the last few weeks, and my mates has just accepted a offer on his house last week and its been up for sale for over a year.
these two things alone would slow down the market and we have also just had the world cup, which also slows down the housing market.0 -
Im waiting till past the bottom, thats when the real bargains will be had at the auctions.

Interesting graph.
One that shows the monthly increases / decreases but still also shows the YoY.
YoY the house prices are still 4.9% higher than they were this time last year.
It will be interesting to see the next few months.:wall:
