i think it's actually you looking for that argument or you've been unable to understand the post.
You ever ask yourself why SO many people seem unable to understand your posts? A tenth of your posts must be made up of telling other people they don't understand... no matter what the subject.0 -
Where did this strong spring bounce go that wee kept hearing about?0

With price rises in the first half of the year there needs to be price falls in order for it to be stagnant.
Many of us thought there would be falls over the winter period which never materialised.
We've just passed a period of caution due to the election and the emergency budget.
All of this has been iterated time and time again.
It's not new news.
If you guys want to extrapolate a couple of months of small falls given all of the context above into the next wave, then that's up to you.
time will tell if your hope will come to fruition
You've not really answered my question. Where do you see it going from here? At what point do you expect the falls to stop, and why?0 -

12:43it's on the news site under 'House prices wilting ' or something along those lines on a link on the right hand side.
Blacklight is right it is not on the BBC main page.when you click on News - it's on that page.

ignore the muppets - there looking to argue because it is or because it isn't on a web page.
don't worry about it
No talking about this one. I think we all know who is arguing for argument sake.
Does it really matter whether the headline is on the front page or not0 -

I believe I did when I said I believed the year would be stagnant.
I've said recently there has been caution due to the election and the emergency budget.
There will be a few months up and a few months down.
I've also said I believe 2011 will also be pretty stagnant.
Nothing different to what we've been saying for months.
It seems that some however are clambering all over this as the next wave.
What's your predictions?:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

After literally minutes of research and meticulous study I have reached a formula that is indisputable: -
The strength you hold an opinion plus the vociferousness of which you express that opinion is directly proportionate to how much of a c*ck you look when you are wrong.0
