We are the same as you - registered company working from home- we placed an order and got asked to fax our letterhead to them (which we did) and then we got the electronic scales (for a ruler). I then got a bit cheeky and the next day ordered the speakers in exchange for tippex. I have to admit to laughing so hard that I had to hang up! But then I called back and got a bit of a lecture for just ordering tippex - told I had to spend £10 - and so bought some labels (for £9.99) plus shipping.

The speakers are really pretty good for attaching to a computer...

It's hardly a bother - I'd order over the phone. Good luck

Placed an order on the 10 oct, nothing arrived, so phoned yesterday. Lady told me that I had to re-order because they hadn't received it at their end. Phoned again today to see if they have received my new order- and they haven't. Woman I spoke to said that anything under £10 is treated as suspicious if a free gift is claimed with it, and that some orders are being deleted, and correspondence stopped:mad:
