Yes, I realised that when Neat Ideas started spamming me on an email address I'd used solely for Staples.

I rang them up earlier and the nice lady said that being as the items I ordered ( 2 packs of paper) were not in the same catalogue as the surround sound system, I would not be receiving any free 'welcome gift'

Errm, this isn't true, seeing how i was not an existing customer before this offer yet i received the speakers. I didn't receive the CD player, but i thought i wouldn't get it as well because i only ordered a glue stick. I have no complaints about the service, except to say that on the website it states that if you order before a certain time you get your items delivered the next day, but mine took 2 days to arrive.
