    Ordered pens from Neat ideas last week. Still waiting for order and gift(s). Just received invoice through post from them saying paid in full. Invoice shows Audio home cinema set as free gift.

    u received an invoice? i never received an invoice and i received my items..

    You dont need drivers, just plug them in your sound card.

    got my surround sound system today. well chuffed will be sending that to my mil for christmas as they dont have one so saved me some money. thanks to op. told my dad last night and he asked me to placee an order for him as well for my bro for christmas so thanks from him to.

    That'd be fair enough, but why then spam me with emails weeks back if they don't want my custom.

    I don't want to sound horrible here (I'm a really nice person!!) but I have to say I am extremely annoyed & disappointed with neat ideas so far. I have been receiving your catalogs for a while now & am a business customer. The last mailing said I could have a free surround sound kit with my next order. As I needed a few other items I placed my order. Naturally being a money saver I looked on MSE first & found the CD code so I used that also. My delivery arrived and there was no free gift - not even the speakers which I am entitled to. Also the main item I ordered wasn't what I was expecting, the picture online is completely different & the item received is of no use to me. I contacted you by email but there was no reply after a few days (still haven't had one, do you have technical problems?) Anyway I called your helpline and arranged for a collection. There was no apology & no explaination. The parcel has not been picked up (was supposed to have been collected yesterday) & still your website has the error. I feel I should also point out the item wasn't a 50p ruler it was over £40! Happy 30th Birthday
