I'll second that - I never recieved my order or my free speakers, no answer to emails (staff probably too busy scouring the internet !) - order still shows when I login to my account on the web site.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience so far.

i placed a order for a glue stick and payed the amount and the p.@.p and i put the code in for a surrond sound system i got the glue stick but not the free gift and i phoned them up and they said it is not in your catalogue so i havent got 1 :mad:

Just thought I would be of help and let you all know that NEAT IDEAS is trading as part of the same company as STAPLES.

Received an email from NEAT IDEAS Customer Service today, reply email address was "...@staples.co.uk". The email sender was named as "The Doncaster Resource".

Also if you go to https://www.staples.co.uk, you will notice it is of the exact same layout as the Neat Ideas site...and staples are offering free gifts with orders over £39..can I give you anymore proof!

that put me off staples now, great way to run a company, Dont advertise what you cant offer and dont allow more than 1 free gift to be orderd if you wont be sending any, let alone 2 etc.
maybe we should direct a link to this forum to your existing customers and let the companies know how you run neglect ideas.
