I've tried to cancel my order by phoning them and they said it might already have been cancelled as i'm not a business, hopefully it has.
dont want it as its not a proper surround kit (but what can you expect for free?!)

thanks for the info in previous posts.
I made two orders with no errors. not received a thing, except welcome emails and offer emails.
I rang today (two weeks after ordering) and was told that if I'm not a business then I can sod off, basically. well, their web site actually states 'reserve the right' and not 'sod off jo bloggs'.
I've left a message on jason's answerphone, as he so kindly thought to post that a while ago.
they took credit card details, they shouldn't do that unless they wish to proceed and how rude not to have the courtesy to answer politely and to get in touch in the first place.
I shan't be opening an account up at work (over 1500 staff here) now, if I can't even get a simple glue stick for my company at home! :rolleyes:

I rang the company and they said they have cancelled all orders under £10. They also stated that Neat Ideas is only for businesses. So I won't be getting my order. They've cancelled it. I had to chase them by email and phone.
