Gym Locker Broken Into - Esporta Croydon

How you reach the conclusion that it is likely to be an inside job I don't know. The master keys are kept securely in the club that I belong to and only released to senior staff if needed. As has been said elsewhere it is not hard for someone intent on getting into lockers to obtain a suitable key to do so.
but the lockers are not in the street
these places control access to their premises, either with a card system, or someone checking membership cards0 -
The same Croydon Esporta was broken into last year and they took the whole safe. They stole a member of staff's car to get it away!
These sort of clubs are rife with crime.
The most common is a guy sits near the entrance and watches out for a high value vehicle and follows the owner into the changing rooms and watches which locker he uses. then while the owner is in the pool they open the locker and steal the contents and his car keys along with the car!0
