Retraction

Well I must respectfully ask you to retract that assumption that a bump is not punishment as I sit here at work reading the screen with one and a half eyes because for no apparent reason my eyelid has swollen overnight and the top lid won't fully open.
I wonder if either S Dhowns, IRD or Northwood Lettings practice voodoo or something to cause this.Signaller, author, father, carer.0 -

I think perhaps your tear ducts are blocked from all your unshed tears on this thread!
Dunk a teabag into cooled boiled water, then remove the teabag. Wipe your eyes with the colled, black tea. Old wives tale but works for us.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
Hmmmm a strange treatment, but I will try it later and see if I can bump my eyelid back into life.Signaller, author, father, carer.0

SO!
A-Level Students: are you going through clearing this week? Will you be looking for rental property? We can not recommend highly enough that you read this thread before you sign any contracts with IRD Lettings, Mr S Dhown or anyone associated with them. This will show you exactly what a "lovely bunch of chaps" they are.
We would of course direct you to the post that had to be retracted, but it was retracted so I am sure that speaks volumes.
Regretfully Mr S Dhown, nor IRD Lettings realised what the power of forcing a former tenant to make a legal retraction on a public forum would have!Signaller, author, father, carer.0 -
My son may be studying in Kingston this year (A level results permitting).
I'd certainly advise him to look carefully at IRD Homes and Sunhil/Sunil Dhown."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
Kingston is a lovely town. My god-daughter and her mother live nearby in Tolworth so when I go up to see them we often end up there. Just tell him to make sure that if he heads down to the many pubs and bars along the Thames there are no safety rails riverside and he could fall in very drunk...
Also quick access to Heathrow by direct bus in case he falls foul of the fun and games that can be had in an IRD Lettings or property owned by Mr S Dhown and he requires a quick flight to a country without extradition treaties.Signaller, author, father, carer.0 -
I'll let Sunhil Dhown know if we need him."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
