Does anyone have a photo of a Halifax Clarity or Clarity Rewards card?

I received mine today and nowhere on the card does it mention Clarity or Reward. I have called Halifax and they have assured me it is the correct card. I just expected Clarity to be stamped on the card.

I have read back this thread and see that others only have it listed on their online account as a "standard Mastercard".
The only way to tell what card yo have is when you look at the statement. As you say, there is no identification on the card and on the online banking it just says 'standard'. This is normal is seems.

Thanks. I should have been reassured after calling Halifax today, but just wondered what everyone else's card looked like.

Thank you so much. That is exactly the same as mine so I'm reassured now.

No, the original confirmation letter was very specific, that was how I knew my card was the Clarity Reward card.

Yes the original letter which came with the credit agreement was very clear. However when the card didn't mention Clarity and either did the credit agreement, I was concerned that the wrong credit agreement was enclosed with the letter.

It didn't help that online banking lists it as a "Standard Mastercard" either.

All this talk of "Clarity", but Clarity not mentioned anywhere meant I needed reassurance which I now have. Thanks.

I applied online around 17 August, received the credit agreement on Sat, 21 August and sent it back the same day.

OH's (additional cardholder) card arrived today along with his PIN. My PIN arrived on Wednesday, but the card hasn't arrived yet.

I checked with Halifax and OH's card was sent out on 1 September and mine on 3 September so I expect it to arrive Monday or Tuesday.

So roughly 3 weeks from application to receipt of cards.

Thanks Wammer! it's quite quick for you as it only took 4 working days. I applied on the 27th Aug and have yet to receive anything from them... and it's been 10 days (well only 4 working days)... maybe something to do with the bank holiday? Let's hope I receive it tonight when I get home or sometime this week... keeping my fingers crossed! :rotfl:

What's the time difference between the statement date and the payment date?

We received our cards on 27 August. On-line it says our next payment date is 20 Sep. As we haven't had a statement yet does this mean that our first payment will be due 20 Oct?

Also we didn't have to phone activate our cards.

    Thanks
