Next time maybe try homemade burgers. I add chopped leek. If I need to stretch the meat then I add some h/m breadcrumbs and an egg. Season as you like. You can press a thick slice of cheese inside to make cheese bugers.
Time to set MW and head off to bed. DH not home due to problems with tube/trains/buses.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

I have finally finished my front room:T:T:T:T I have put pics on my facebook but don't know how to put them on here. Carpet is being fitted tomorrow so will be spending most the day building furniture to go in there and getting it all straight.
I havent had time to catch up on the thread but hugs to al that need and want them and I will try and catch up over the weekend.:jmember of the thrifty gifty 2011 :j0 -
Morning campers, I'm up bright and early although I feel a bit dehydrated so am drinking copoius glasses of cold water (well two glasses actually and a cup of tea :rotfl:)
Oooh where is everyone? Is there something happening I don't know, as I'm first this morning and I'm never first....lol
I decluttered DH off to work to catch the coach at 5.50am..ugh!! He has to go to Sheffield to meet a client today - I have no idea what time he will be home though - oh joy!!!
My usual suspect is sitting on the bird feeder - Mr Woody:D For some reason he has decided that it is his and no other bird is going to get a look in this morning.:D He has already seen three sparrows off, I'm waiting for Asbo Robin to appear as he won't take too kindly to being seen off by Mr Woody..lol Oooh there's a sparrow having a splash around in their water outside, looks like I will have to refill that when he has finished. He's making a right splash out there but looks like he is having a whale of a time.
No other sign of life outside in the garden, I think Mr Woody has seen the Mr and Mrs Dove off - oh wait Mr Woody has flown off so wait for the onslaught of the sparrows, although he has eaten all the food. So I'll have to go out and refill the feed tray, I think I'll break up some stale bread, from the fridge, and pop it in the bird house. That will be something different for them all to fight over and Mr Woody can't get in the bird house, he's too big :rotfl:
Well after moaning the other day about the sun being taken it's been here with a vengenance yesterday and today..ugh!! And apparently it is supposed to be the hottest it has been today and tomorrow
I hate it as I can't move and feel so ick - better go and fill the fridge dispenser up with some fresh water. At least it will be cold when I get back from Tracy's later today
Bought all the ingredients yesterday to make my cupcakes and whoopie pies, but was most annoyed as I couldn't get an icing bag and nozzles anywhere
, so unfortunately I have had to go onto Amazon and place an order for one. Oooh talking of Amazon did you all know they are starting to do Groceries now..is there nothing that they don't do now?
JoJo fantastic news on the windfall
Dusty, autumn plans for the garden  Yikes I am still planning my garden for the summer..lol. Oh wait it's an ongoing plan..doh!!!
Getting a bit annoyed at the white butterflies munching on my cabbages - how on earth do I stop them doing this? The cabbages are huge though.. Oooh that reminds me I suppose I should pull up the beetroot - the shoots are about 4ft tall so wonder what the actual beet looks like..:rotfl: Ive been watering them every night diligently so hopefully they should be a nice shape and size - well a girl can dream..:rotfl:
FFP have a great time in the caravan - please don't get too overheated in there though. Well done on taking doggy out for a walk to the beach, I bet he enjoyed it thoroughly
Longtermlurker glad you are starting to feel better - it's amazing what a nice chat with the girls on here can do

Morning all
Last post of the week for me, we are off to Sunday School camp straight from school/work so I have the last few bits to organise before we leave.
Come on to look at the forecast to see if we need wellies  looks like we will be ok. Patchy rain overnight on Sunday but otherwise dry and cloudy with outbreaks of sun
Woohoo, see you all Sunday night xxOfficial Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang
