    back from walk with spike and plants watered. Meat loaf sounds like a good plan Penelope Penguin. What recipe do you use?

    Not flyrelated but very proud I went out all by myself (with the kids) to the beach for an hour to let thedog have a swim!!!!!!!

    Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Area
    Level One ~ done :)
    Level Two
    Clear out a cupboard.. or those drawers you have stuffed full of junk!
    [STRIKE]Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly!
    [/STRIKE]
    Sort your medicine cupboard.. do you need to stock up on anything? Hayfever meds? plasters? bite cream?
    Level Three ~ done :)
    [STRIKE]Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
    [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Empty and clean out the fridge. Work all the almost past its best stuff into this weeks meal plan.
    Clean door seals, deterrgent drawers and filters on the appliances .. run through a clean cycle if you've not done one in a while

    Extras
    1. HHI
    2. [STRIKE]quick wipe over the hob and oven[/STRIKE]
    3. Defrost the freezer if that needs doing.. shouldn't take long in this weather!
    4. [STRIKE]Binbag dance[/STRIKE]
    Tuesday - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1 ~ done :)
    [STRIKE]Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
    Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
    [/STRIKE]
    Level 2
    [STRIKE]Dusting, even if around everything
    [/STRIKE]
    Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen
    [STRIKE]Clear the mantel and only put back the items which are supposed to be there.. and that doesn't include letters, keys or other treasure!
    [/STRIKE]
    Level 3
    Open a drawer.. sort the junk within!
    15 minutes sort of the junk on the landing!
    [STRIKE]Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
    Check the smoke alarms[/STRIKE]


    Extras
    1. sort shoes and coats and bags!
    2. Wipe down any paintwork that needs it.
    3. Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!
    Wednesday - childrens rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
    Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
    [STRIKE]Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it!
    [/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor
    Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
    Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!!
    Level Three
    Clean 2 windows
    Sort through a cupboard/chest of drawers and get the clothes out which are no longer wearable, too small or out of season!
    Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors

    Extras
    1. Find 5 things to ebay/freecycle
    2. Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
    3. HHI
    4. Mid week fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!
    Thursday ~ Bedroom & Landing
    Level One ~ done :)
    [STRIKE]Open the window and air the room
    Strip off smelly bedding and sling it in the wash.. replace well before bedtime!
    [/STRIKE]
    Level Two ~ done :)
    [STRIKE]Vacuum the mattress and air the duvet
    [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Put the floordrobe in the wardrobe
    [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Find 10 things to get rid of!..[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    Vacuum the landing and bedroom..
    Sort the airing cupboard/linen store/towels etc.. make it all neat and tidy!
    Remove some dust mammoths and wipe over the paintwork
    Extras
    1. 15 minutes filing!
    2. binbag dance
    3. Clean the windows
    4. 15 minutes sort out of the landing gibble.. see if you can find something to rehome!

    vanilla oh goodness what a disaster but glad you got most of it out - maybe it will all come clean with a normal carpet shampoo now?

    well a bomb has gone off in my LR - as it was my cleaner's day i decided we would re-arrange the LR - but as i told you earlier she didnt come so have a LR in total mayhem and chaos!!!! and it will be days before I can get it sorted at the rate i go. oh well better go do some more!!

    From Economy Gastronomy - it was OK, but not as flavourful as I'd hoped :(

    I served it with HM chilli pickle - DS was amused to have Meatloaf and Red Hot Chilli Peppers on his plate together :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
