A question about D.L.A?

Hi, I am new to this so please be gentle!! I have a claim in for D.L.A and so far have had one letter saying they were contacting my Physio for a report and 2 weeks after that and them receiving this they then wrote saying they were requesting a report from my GP. I rang up on Friday and they haven't received his report…
