What sort of things do you have to do while following the shred? And what sort of equipment and space do you need?

*wonders if hypno is hypnotising everyone via the comp to shred? :rotfl:*

You need enough space to do a star jump and a push up.....not too much. And as for equipment, some handweights (or bottles of water, or tins of beans) and a pair of trainers as it is quite high impact.

Other than that, you just need an awful lot of sweat.........:D
