    Definitely go for it. I've only done it 3 times and I can already feel the difference. I am quite fit already and as I run a bit my legs aren't my problem, but for them to tone so quickly is pretty amazing.

    For me the fact that it is only 20 minutes is a big plus point. I can easily find a reason not to do an hour's DVD but have no excuse for 20 minutes.

    As I long term lurker who doesn't often venture out of lurkdom - I also am now 'shredding'. I blame you Hypno, you really have sold it to me - I wonder how many shred dvds have been bought as a result of your diary! Thanks though, on day 7 and really feeling and seeing the effects already!
