Yes, I might treat myself to a packet of Minstrels later in the afternoon!

KC, yes I feel as though I have come too far to incur bank charges again - I do not want to go back there!

Mudders - hello lovely lady! Hope life is treating you and yours well!

I've never seen anything she has done before, as we have not watched "biggest loser" or anything, so the DVD is all I know of her, although I did see you and El talking about her books which I might be tempted to get out of the library at some point!

Another day is well on its way to being done - just cooking dinner for the international jamboree, and will then take them to their evening activity, will go for a quick run, back for shower, something to eat, make tomorrow's lunches and then out to pick them up again.

I love JM "Failure is NOT an option" she's tough but for 20 mins a day - she's good. I have thighs of steel already! Just need to sort the jelly belly and bingo wings now

Hope everyone's had a good day

[STRIKE]If [/STRIKE]when I get down to target weight I may reconsider. But I literally cannot do push ups - never have been able to - I'd be afraid she would find out & come & shout in my face - mind you, that would get me moving 8.gif
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
