I would not be at all surprised if hypno's recommendation is what has caused the run on shred and therefore the price hike!

gallygirl, reading your post was almost the same as doing the actual DVD - scary how accurate you were - are you sure you are not a closet shredder :rotfl:

Responsibilities all done for the day - lunches made, international space station all put to bed, dishwasher on, cat out, and now time to grab some sleep before I start it all again in the morning.

    Sleep well everyone!

Quite right: that wouldn't be very MSE at all, would it?

:rotfl: I read that as 'dishwasher out, cat on' and was wondering what kind of pets you find round Norfolk! :rotfl:

Morning all - well, we have had tired tuesday - today is Weary Wednesday. I slept well but not for long enough - and I feel very heavy headed again this morning - when will I get the right sleep balance! Not fair!! I want to wake up refreshed and raring to go. Some hope!

So, another long day today, but it does include me going for some reiki after work - I need a hand to get into balance, before I get myself too worn out to think and hopefully this will help me do that. I have still got a lot of "stuff" going on in the background which is emotionally draining, as well as the general busyness of my days and the combination is not brilliant! I have "borrowed" the money from the holiday pot, but hopefully it will be money well spent. Will let you know!

So, scratching and banking first - have a good day everyone xx

Tea, it is the Jillian Michaels DVD - 3 workouts of different difficulty - all very intense, but only 20 mins long each, so less difficulty in fitting it in busy days.

If you google 30 day shred you will find plenty of comment on it, but I like it because it is short, therefore I can do it before work, but it gets results because the exercises are so intense.

Available on Amazon and Tesco.com and in places like HMV (although you would pay full price there).

Right, banking done - nothing to report there. 9 days til payday.....

Hope your "me " time is refreshing and that weary Wednesday gives way to Thundering Thursday. As you know you ARE doing very well.
