Well I looked at Shred but managed to step away from the buy button :o. In my defence I am seriously considering a Pilates DVD (can't get to a class, none on at right times for me).
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hypno, you should have bought a job lot of Shred dvds and you could have sold them all to us and made a fortune! :rotfl:

I've decided to take the no money/easy option, and do a bit of yoga every day out of a book I already have :rotfl: not *quite* as energetic! :j but still, it all counts (or something)

Well done on the 9p Pania - at least it's not 9p overdrawn! :D

Shred is still too scary for me. Maybe when I've lost another few stones...

I've had lynne Robinson's beginners pilates DVD part one (that came with the daily mail) for ages but never really used it. I started off doing this about 6 weeks ago (just to learn the moves, breathing and posture - it is a bit slow if you know how to do them) and have now I've bought a couple of other Pilates DVDs of hers (Weekly workout and Body control), in the last few weeks both for ~£1 on ebay (as they were also Daily mail promos). Not really tried the body control one much yet but I'm enjoying the weekly workout one. it is set out on 3 workouts of 25 mins so I have just enough time to do one before leaving for work! :D :j
