Hypno, perhaps you ARE Gillian Michaels and this is a very clever guerrilla marketing campaign??

ooh, blimey, I hope I am not as scary as Jillian
Forgot to mention yesterday that I was given a fab dress by the mother of someone I work with (who also goes to WW) - a gorgeous Hobbs pin stripe dress which is perfect for work. So, a very MSE addition to my wardrobe and a perfect fit tooSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Morning Hypno....thinks I really should also dust of the copy of Shred that I have. Running is great but its made my bingo wings far more noticable as everything else gets a little less flabby!
I have a very tight dress to get into for september so I guess today is as good as any to start!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Well done on the new wardrobe addition, pleased to hear the capsule wardrobe is still getting attention. Need to have another go at mine, but not had time to go shoping recently, but at least I have a priority list of bits to look for.
Hope the background stuff eases off soon Hypno.
Have a good day everyone0 -
Shred is def good for the bingo-wings sally!
Se, yes, the capsule wardrobe is coming along steadily. I am glad that I made a proper list of what I was aiming for before I started....it has really helped keep the cost down (as has people giving me Hobbs dresses!!).
The background stuff will sort itself out over time - everyone in my situation will have a certain amount to deal with, and I am no different.....it is just all part of the process, draining for all concerned, but a process that has to be gone through, nevertheless. A bit of balancing this evening won't do me any harm though!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Hypno, I'm glad you're going for reiki this evening, some quiet "me time" sounds just right for you. And of course there's more going on in the background, bound to be really, as well as the tough schedule on here. And its been commented on before, and I know you agree, what a lovely place you work at! Such a sense of community, it sounds so nice.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
