I've just googled "shred" and it came up with lots of brilliant reviews but also came up with parts of it on you tube.It was good to see how she talks you through it. I've brought dvd's before and not liked the instructors / instructions etc - it looks like she is easy / clear to understand? I got to admit it looks good- I may even pop off and order it :eek:.0

Yes, I watched the bits on youtube as well before buying the DVD - and yes, she is very clear in her instruction I find.
