    Yes, mac, I am on a 10 year (attractive) fixed rate, so am just porting it to the new address.

    My biggest headache is going to be the decluttering - we are downsizing after all, so there is a lot that will have to go!!!

    Mac, it would be terrifying had I not made the start that I have!! I'm not sure I would have even got the house on the market - it was THAT bad!! But you are right, there is pain there to be felt :o

    Yes, but the excitement of a brand new start will spur you on. I redecorated the WHOLE of my house in 2 weekends once we'd had the offer accepted :rotfl:
