    Once the dust settles and you get your head into gear, I'd say head over the Housey boards. I got lots of tips from there for moving the sale forward.

    I know you have more experience at this than I did, but you know how I was on the ball and pushed like mad and it still took 8 weeks...

    Are you staying with the same mortgage provider?
