Morning all - I have been up most of the night feeling a bit poorly, and feel like my kidneys have been kicked, so am incredibly tired and feeling pah.
Give it until monday, the it's the docs for you. It may well be a urinary infection, and you don't want to leave it until you have to go to hospital with the blue lights flashing...Another unwell one checking in .... just tired and a bit listless (and my symptoms suddenly intensify whenever I have to talk to my mum
)
It's the stress and the hard work from talking to her...

I think with a good night's sleep I will be fine - have been drinking plenty today, and have eaten sensibly (small amounts of fairly bland food) and haven't exactly done much....
But if I have another night like last night, I will def make an appt - have been there before and it was the most ill I think I have ever felt - don't want to go back to that, no way!

Well if I'm ill I can be off, but I really need to go in as I have loads to do and am out for the day on Wednesday (with work, but still away from my desk).
I tell anyone who's ill not to martyr themselves, or make others ill in the process, but to stay off and get themselves well. Am I good at taking my own advice though?!
We'll see, I'm sure after a night's sleep I'll be fine in the morning
