Wow - Hypno - I can't believe how far you have moved on since I was last here! I knew from MG's thread that you were running again - well done! (Although I still think there has to be something a bit cracked about anyone actually wanting to run 26 miles!)

Hypno, can I just congratulate you on the amazing way you have brought your ds up; just a few days ago you were having sleepless nights with worrying about the goings-on on his trip away, and, even though he has been cleared of the wrongdoing he still probably understands your feelings about it all, and has realised the best way to make up for it ... chocolate fudge cake

One day his girlfriend / future wife will be very grateful to you

Ah yes, a teenage boy who can make a perfect chocolate fudge cake will go far in life

And because he made it at college, my kitchen didn't get messy in the process. Double result :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Morning all - I have woken to scenes of the miners being brought to the surface in Chile - it is impossible to understand the emotions that are going on there. Amazing!
I'm not going to WI today because I am having my hair cut, but my scales this morning show 9 st 11 so I am more than happy with that. I no longer point my food, so I rely upon my own judgement for food and exercise which is working pretty well as I have been at this weight, or 2 lbs either side and no more, since July.

£5 on a scratch means I got to payout, so that was a nice start to the day. I am only 60p away from payout on the other, so hope to withdraw that early next week.
Nothing untoward in banking.....that has to be a good thing!
