    Ooh, I'm no good at them Elidee, but its on the first page of diaries at the moment and its called "debt free diaries: the book?" and its post 25 ...

    OK folks I will raise it with my literary agent - I think she thought she'd never hear from me again!

    And of course we'll have confidentiality protocols, the writing will be tidied up - but don't think moaning about ironing is always boring - thats some of the charm (and hypno sorry but you were actually the one who made me think of this)!

    Firewalker, I will come up with some simple exercises for you and post them in the morning x

    Go Karting was fab - uber competitive, but very good fun - the weather was perfect for it, so a good evening all round.

    Off to have a look at what all the book fuss is about.......:D
