KC - I'm in a similar situation, OH joined last summer and his network is very targetted, but I've got a far more varied mixture of work experiences, so not sure which way to go either. Decided I'd just form a general network of future potential work type contacts as I come across them across a range of field. Ok not able to start work until we have a house again really, not uploaded a profile yet either, as I don't know how to slant it. Anyway if you want another contact PM me.0

Thanks se - I'll put a note in my diary and pm you then. I didn't put a link to my brother in law, as he's deceased - I was checking it to try to avoid any nasty shocks for my sister....2023: the year I get to buy a car0

(not that I know how a hippo breathes, really, but it sort of sums up how I feel lol)
I know, I know :j:j
They're my favourite animal (at the moment anyway)
They have a lovely deep snorty type breath, and if exhalation coincides with their nostrils (I don't think you can call their entire face a nose) hitting the water it makes adorable bubbly noises
I'm well sad :rotfl::rotfl: They're incredibly dangerous creatures too0 -

Good afternoon, Hypno and I hope you are having great time with your kids. May I ask for a favour when you have a minute? On MG's tread you mentioned techniques to relax quickly and deeply - could you tell me more about this and direct me to relevant sources?

Well one way might be Hypno's relaxation downloads on her website
She's the expert but I use the yoga deep relaxation where you lie and relax the whole body bit by bit. I'm also going back to using some of the yoga breathing exercises too.0 -
Hope you all enjoy the night!!
