Thanks se. Hopefully the fact that we get the viewings means that the price is about right, and that it will therefore just be a matter of time before I get an offer that I can consider. I have had two offers already but they were "you're having a laugh" level offers which didn't even come on the radar.

She is very good at finding things to do, such as cleaning skirting boards and door handles - all those things I never get round to doing, but which keep the place looking so much fresher.

Well what a relief that one of the MIA is back had to go to bed early again last night but the first thing I did was switch on the computer this morning before even drying my hair yes I know its not exactly early but I have been sleeping like a top.

Just need to find MG now

What a lovely evening you had, Hypno! And what a lovely cleaner! I still haven't managed to clean all the handles in the kitchen, tbh, and it gives me a distinctly yuck feeling - thats a bit intense because its *other* peoples grease and grime etc, but still. Good one!

Hi guys,

I am sitting here thinking 'How am I going to get all this work done (mainly demanding writing and marking of theses) with the banging going around, and feeling really grubby without a shower?'. Yes I know that the bathrooms will be ace when finished, I know it is worth it, but at this moment all I want is running water and a working shower.

Right, off to the gym for a heart renching and stomach cramping training session and a nice shower. I can not meet my new PhD student and stink (literally so no snapping).
