We started off chatting, but then had to just focus on putting one foot in front of the other instead!
Will see how I feel tomorrow but am not expecting great things from myself at this point in time! Weather will prob be crap anyway!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Well done to both of youBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
:T Well done Hypno & Pania ! xxNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

Morning Hypno!
Hope you aren't too sore today. Well done for yesterday - there were so many achievements there!
It's a bank holiday Monday and I am up stupidly early!
Hope you have a lively relaxing day!
Urg x x0 -
Morning all - bank holiday (for most of us) but still the alarm goes off as normal as people have to be out and about.....*sigh*
ah well, I will slob about on the sofa for a while until I decide what the weather is going to do. We have free tickets for one of the local (ish) agricultural shows which would be nice if the weather is dry, but although I don't mind donning my wellies, I am not sure I really want to go if it is tipping it down.....we shall see.
Scratches done - only 10ps there. Might do some number crunching today - always a good thing to be doing on an otherwise dull day!
Urg - I ache somewhat, I have to say, but it will ease with a bit of ibuprofen and another hot bath I reckon. I am very pleased I did the run yesterday as it has given me the motivation to continue running again, but I have to say I won't be putting my trainers on today!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Well done Hypno and Pania
Im tired just thinking aboit it:j0 -
Morning - lovely weather here - blue sky and sunny but very very windy. Dog went home at 7.30 last night so no more long walks for a while. DD arrived home from Reading just before 6 this morning - took them 2 hours to get out the car park :rotfl:BUT her smelly washing is all done, the tent is hung up to dry and air, she has showered and is now tucked up in bed fast asleep - where I fear she will be till tomorrow morning !:rotfl:
Repeat performance tomorrow morning as DS is due home between 2 - 4!!
Hope the agriculture show is good Hypno - we are to friends for lunch.
Lets hope the sun carries on shining0 -
it is still very grey and blustery here, surfbabe with showers forecast in North Norfolk (which is where we would be going if we do venture out) so still not sure of plans.
Your morning sounds exhausting so far already!!
I do have to go to the supermarket, and also to B&Q at some point for kitchen spotlights, and that may be as good as it gets today.
DS has just called to say that on top of the two paper rounds he has already done, he has been asked to cover 6 more as various people haven't turned up (obviously thinking that there are no papers on bank holiday) so he will be out delivering papers all morning I reckon. Bodes well for his "new phone fund" that he has!
DD is still in bed, and will prob be there for some time given half a chance.
As a result, I will be making the most of the time on the sofa watching daytime telly rather than pretending to be active!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
