Am just home.....and rather tired! Did my run in 2 hours 17 mins which was waaaay faster than I expected, so I am very very pleased with that, and am sure that the weight loss and shred have contributed to the improvement in my time!
The weather held - was very blustery, but not too hot, and certainly no rain until we were on the way home, so we were very lucky there.
The organisation was excellent, and both P and I said we couldn't fault the support of the marshalls, and the people of Ipswich also came out and encouraged us too which really does make a difference.
