    On the decorating front big cheer for our mams and dads who come through for us however old we are.

    And I am beginning to develop a complex. After hearing such great things about my capsule wardrobe I have consistantly failed to get on the site. They obviously thing I am beyond help lol!

    Well, strangely enough I didn't sleep too well as I am quite nervous about the run today! I ache from decorating yesterday which is not a good start, but am hoping that an ibuprofen or two will ease it all enough to get me started, and that once I have got into my stride I will be ok.

    I will be leaving in about half an hour, and am meeting P there and we will report back in due course.

    But first, scratches to be done.......have a good day everyone x
