    I think you can defo go sub 60 if I can.
    I am so miffed that I missed my trail 10k a few weeks ago - blasted broken toe. I do enjoy that distance and to be honest, I think a half marathon will suit me too. I didn't start running until after I had kids and really surprised myself at how much I enjoy it!
    Let's see if I'm saying that in the morning when I'm finding excuses not to get out the door :cool:

    I had a 10k time of 54 mins once upon a time, but that was pre children too......then I had 15 years of non running, before doing the marathon again last year and then restarting again a few months ago.

    I did many half marathons pre children though that were slower than today, so I am more than pleased with my time today and will work on those other targets :D
