<sticks fingers in ears> la la la la la I will NOT listen to any housework talk that is likely to embarrass me into doing any housework la la lala! :rotfl:

(Actually, I must confess to occasionally doing the Flylady podcast, just one hour, where she encourages you round putting things away, dusting, hoovering, wiping, changing the bed etc :o Hardly a proper clean a la Mrs R, but good for folk like me who just sometimes can't even bear to start and would otherwise spend all day doing dithery things rather than anything that makes a significant dent in what the house looks like! :rotfl:)

Well, the house got blitzed earlier (as opposed to looking as though it has been through the blitz which is its normal state) and Mum and I have decorated DD's bedroom. DD has pressure washed the patio, and we are now all shattered.

I have the half marathon tomorrow, so have stopped now - Mum has gone to get a takeaway (her treat so within my budget) and then it will be X factor, bath and bed.

Hope you have all had a good day - Taxi, I am not surprised you have no energy. Take it easy x

Have a great day tomorrow Hypno. I have just done a massive 4 Hour clean and declutter and am now waiting on my girlies to come round and enjoying a cider! I have bleached, scrubbed, taken things to the charity shop etc and the house is in lovely order for starting the new job.

    Enjoy your evenings all X

Yes, P....just 4 times round the block. Which is only 3 times more than we usually do :rotfl:

KM, yes, we are doing the whole house. I did say a while back that I was on a mission, and my very lovely helpful mum is on my mission with me, so there is a big improvement in the place!

beanie, thank you and everyone else who has sponsored me.....xx

Great news re decorating - makes a huge difference to one's mindset doesn't it?
