Sometimes your body will tell you that you need an early night, no matter how keen your brain is to crack on with stuff. Listen to it and take a day or two out, you can always climb back on the treadmill later.

Unfortunately, when working full time and accommodating students, it is a bit difficult to factor in much in the way of rest time.

But it is all in a good cause. I am keeping my head above water, have healthy children, have general good health, with food on the table and a roof over my head. I shouldn't really complain about a bit of tiredness :o

Right, off for a walk around the block in the sunshine for a few mins.....and possibly to get another coffee in the fight against lethargy :o:o:o

duchy, I only came back to work after a fortnight off, yesterday!!! I don't have any holiday left now until November (apart from bank holiday at the end of this month) and won't take a sickie because we lose our bonus.

I'm ok, really I am. And I have another coffee by my side, so will be whizzy in no time :)

Honestly, taxi - I am just tired. Much of it stuff going on in my head, as much as anything physical. I have learned a lot over these last few months about myself and my limits and if I think I am going too far, I will back off somehow as I can't afford to be ill.

    Will be careful, honest x

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
